Is the shipping of my order free?

We offers free shipping and COD for all orders 

 When will you ship my order?

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days subject to all items being in stock. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays. Shipments are not made on Sundays and government holidays.

 How long does it take to deliver my order?

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 3-4 days for metro cities and 6-8 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID. 

What if I want what I bought ASAP?

To get an express delivery, please email us at abirabybeena@gmail.com with your order no. to place the request, and we will check and let you know the earliest delivery time.

Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 250 would be levied for the express delivery within India.

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.

 How can I track my order?

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.
